God has blessed our business with the most amazing clients and, as it continues to grow, we continue to adjust our business guidelines to best serve both our local community as well as our sweet families. With that in mind, please note our updated policies, effective 2025:

LABOR FEES
To get your project on our schedule, we require all fabrics/materials in-hand as well as a non-refundable 50% down payment. The balance for labor, materials, installation, etc is due upon delivery or installation. Please contact me for a custom quote on your unique project!

MEASURE/CONSULT/INSTALL FEES
We are happy to come to you to measure/consult on your space, be it windows, showers, benches, beds, etc. as well as discuss design ideas to best fit. We charge $100 for the first hour and $50/each additional hour, minimum one hour, and it is due at the time of the appointment.

LEAD TIME
Our average lead time is currently 8-10 weeks from when fabrics are received, however this is subject to change, especially during holiday seasons and summer. While we strive to complete jobs under deadline whenever possible, if there is a specific date you desire to have your project completed (an event, etc) PLEASE communicate that up front and we will do our best to meet your deadline. Fabric in-hand and a 50% down payment is your guaranteed spot in our schedule. This includes ALL fabrics and trims.

RUSH JOBS
Jobs requiring less than 8 weeks turnaround time are subject to a minimum additional 50% labor fee.

TRADE ACCESS
We do not provide interior design services. That said, we do carry a line of linens and linen blends for clients. We also have accounts with most designer fabric lines (and the Decorative Center Houston) and are happy to offer access to designer fabrics, hardware and industry resources (eg custom pillow fills, cushion foam, natural woven shades) when convenient. We do not sell these at wholesale pricing. As of 2025, we are pleased to offer a fabric selection service for $150.

INSTALLATION
We have experienced installers that we are happy to coordinate for you. If you use our installers, I will also be present in order to ensure a perfect fit. The installers fee will be included in your final invoice, as well as my own install fee at the same rate as noted above for consultations.

PICKUP/DELIVERY
Fabric pickup/product delivery is complementary within the Houston area. We also serve outlying areas, such as Columbus, Brenham, Dallas and Waco; for areas outside the immediate Houston region, there is a trip fee included. We consider it a privilege to work with you!

BEYOND FABRIC
We now carry both natural wovens and roller/solar shades! We also can assist with your upholstery needs. And motorization is an option for all shades and drapery.
